Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide administrative support to the division
  • Manage Director’s agenda and office operations
  • Manage divisional email account
  • Track the divisional budgets and prepare budget reports
  • Format and track correspondence and briefing notes
  • Coordinate the response to Access to Information requests
  • Arrange international and domestic travel of staff
  • Prepare travel claims
  • Organize negotiation meetings, video conferences, conference calls and other VIP events
  • Coordinate translation requests
  • Other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Signet CCM Mercury or other tracking
  • Experience using SAP/IMS reporting functions
  • Experience using HRG travel system

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret

COMPENSATION: $25
