Project Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identification of IT external resource requirements
• RFP development, i.e. Statements of Work, Mandatory and Rated Criteria
• Liaising with CIO Departmental Services/CMS to move contracting requirements through the procurement processes
• Liaising with CIO DGs, Directors and Managers to identify resource requirements
• Management of the RFP evaluation process
• Development and management of supplier Task Authorizations (TAs)
• Oversight of contract expenditures and action contract renewals
• Vendor relationship management
• Facilitating resource interviews and contractor replacements
• Creating and/or amending task authorization contract requests
• Follow up with vendor/suppliers to ensure fulfillment of contract resource requirements
• Tracking supplier fulfillment requests
• Setting up TA interviews with supplier representatives
• Oversight of contract expenditures and action contract renewals
• Preparing RFP evaluation individual and consensus evaluation forms
• Setting up bid folders in the ITCRM common directory
• Preparing bids for evaluation
• Participating in the RFP evaluation process
• Participating in technical evaluation kick-off and consensus meetings
• Developing validation interview guides in collaboration with the evaluation team lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ work performing services in at least 4 of the above tasks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using TBIPs method of supply and working in an IT environment

JOB DURATION: 1 month with possibility of extension
