We are flexible in both our methods and pricing. We offer three options for how our employees and candidates can be introduced into your operations:
Temporary Staffing
We provide the required individual and bill for our services on an hourly basis. The
individual would remain our employee.
This option is best suited for short-term assignments such as special projects, overload
situations and parental leaves.
Permanent Staffing
We would recruit the required individual, who would then become a member of your company's
permanent compliment.
This option is best suited for clients wanting to recruit professionals looking for a
career opportunity. This method is also appropriate for situations where a significant
investment in training is required or where there are security concerns.
Temp-To-Perm Staffing

1. Establish the Probation Period-we normally recommend 3 months.
2. If successful, a Conversion Fee would apply to hire our employee on a permanent basis.
