Nicole brings 10 years of industry experience in permanent placements, short and long term staffing projects within the public and private sectors, including on-site management of 120 contract employees for a multinational company.  Prior to working within the temporary help industry, Nicole was a Staffing Officer for a crown corporation and ran her own business for five years.  Her success at Action Personnel is built on a partnered staffing approach with both her clients and temporary employees which translates into quality placements, innovative solutions and excellent customer service
