Our guarantee has been designed to help protect your staffing investment.
We do not charge for unsatisfactory performance.        

Temporary Services: Simply inform us within 6 hours of the placement start if the candidate is deemed to be unsuitable. There will be no charge and we will replace the candidate immediately.

Permanent Placements: We offer a 90 day**guarantee on our permanent placements. If the individual ceases employment with your firm within the guarantee period, Action will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Any subsequent replacement will be subject to the above placement fee.

If an employee is to be replaced, Action will contact the individual (outside of business hours if required)  to give notice and reason for the dismissal. This method unburdens our clients from the unpleasant (but sometimes necessary) task and reduces the risk of disturbance to the work environment. Our proactive approach to staffing ensures that replacements are within reach. Our continuous and proactive approach to staffing ensures that high-caliber professionals are readily available.

Terminations arising from work shortages, layoffs, employee-employer relocation, illness or death do not apply.

** Our permanent placement guarantee is based on a standard workweek (37.5 hrs/week). The period is for 90 days or 488 hrs. All invoicing must be current for the guarantee to remain valid.
